Katie Alleva - The Tea Towel Exhibition

 FRIDAY 30th JULY: Exhibition opening celebrated from 6pm.

Serpentine Community Gallery, 17 Bridge St, North Lismore, NSW.

You are invited to the opening of the fabulous Tea Towel Exhibition,

organised by local visual artist Katie Alleva.

This exhibition explores the Gastronomic theme of

'the art and science of food'.

Artists use the tea towel as a canvas that can be ripped, stitched, painted,

folded, sculptured, screen printed, drawn on...Basically everything goes!

Lismore Mayor Jenny Dowell enjoys  the artworks on opening night.

This exhibition is also curated by Kate Alleva.
