Opening of David Creed and David Spooner's
joint exhibition

Everyone is welcome to attend.
Dave and Dave are two young artists
from Brisbane.
They will be showing
a collection of paintings
as well as a video of
the two David's journey
walking from Byron Bay to Lismore
highlighting the railway track.
 This video production was a
finalist in the 2014 Churchie Prize.
The exhibition runs from
12 to 19 August 2014.

About the artists:
David Spooner and David Creed are conceptual artists who undertake artistic physical challenges.
Since collaborating together they have cycled, knitted, painted, walked and lived together.
They have a consistent mode of working, capturing a shared experience from different perspectives
and presenting them alongside one another.
They have exhibited in art spaces such as The Walls, Miami; The Hold, West End;
Boxcopy, Brisbane CBD; and Paul Nache Gallery, New Zealand.
They were recently finalists in the Gold Coast Art Prize and The Churchie National Emerging Art Prize.
