A beloved figure in the Northern Rivers arts community, Johnny Pink brings together over 30 intricately hand-carved wooden sculptures in his major new exhibition, Heart Works. Known for his long-standing presence across the market circuits of Byron Bay, Bangalow, Lennox Head, and The Channon—as well as appearances in the Byron Easter Arts Competition and the Ocean Shores Art Classic—Johnny's work resonates with audiences both locally and across Queensland.

Johnny reflects, “I describe myself as a ‘Heartist’ and not an Artist — which is a description of a profession that I cannot claim credit for being part of, merely aligned to.”

Each piece in Heart Works is an extension of this philosophy: personal, emotive, and deeply rooted in human connection.
