Born in London, Robert Cottam

grew up in Australia

and the United Arab Emirates.

With his works for The Everyday,

Robert captures

hyper-modern reality in daily life

using mainly oil and acrylic.

Opening night at the Serpentine

will feature live music

with two flamenco guitarists.

The Everyday is on view at Lismore's

Serpentine Community Gallery

from August 26 until September 2.
