8th DECEMBER 2006: Opening of
the first annual members exhibition
- "Presence" -
at the Serpentine Community Gallery
on Friday, at 7 pm.
The title of the exhibition refers to
artists having a presence in the community.
(And it could also be about
buying presents for Christmas
because, of course,
all the artists love sharing and selling their art.)
A huge opening night is planned
with fire dancing, music, belly dancing,
delicious food and drink
– and lots of local artwork to peruse and critique.
All hung up and set to go: Gallery founders
Amy Harris and Corinne Batt-Rawden together with
members Ana and Skot ready for the opening.
